Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions, understand their requirements, and effectively pitch our products.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to upsell additional products or services, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM software.

Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and strategies for sales growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience: 0-1.5 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the software solutions industry. Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.

Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets consistently.

Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
