Location: Chennai
Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Handle the TOLL FREE number/ WEB leads & All Inbound & Outbound Customer Leads
- Convert the customer Leads to business by convincing the prospective client lead on the benefits of our Quality Nursing services/ Wellness Packages / Speciality Clinical offerings
- Follow up on customer leads
- Maintain the Lead Management System
- Prepare the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS
- Liaison with the Customers / Sales Team / Clinical Team
Prior Work Experience:
3+ years of experience in Hospital Front Desk / Nurse Managers /Pharma Sales / Concept selling experience(preferred)
Skills:
- Time management skills ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be organized, professional & service oriented
- Adapts to changes in the work environment
- Deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality
- Computer and system proficiency
Education: Graduate Any
Age: 25 years and above
