Handle the TOLL FREE number/ WEB leads & All Inbound & Outbound Customer Leads

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Handle the TOLL FREE number/ WEB leads & All Inbound & Outbound Customer Leads
  • Convert the customer Leads to business by convincing the prospective client lead on the benefits of our Quality Nursing services/ Wellness Packages / Speciality Clinical offerings
  • Follow up on customer leads
  • Maintain the Lead Management System
  • Prepare the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS
  • Liaison with the Customers / Sales Team / Clinical Team

Prior Work Experience:

3+ years of experience in Hospital Front Desk / Nurse Managers /Pharma Sales / Concept selling experience(preferred)

Skills:

  • Time management skills ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be organized, professional & service oriented
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment
  • Deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality
  • Computer and system proficiency

Education: Graduate Any

Age: 25 years and above

Location: Chennai
