Job Summary

Role Overview

This is a full-time position. We believe that it is a must for any company that aspires to bring-to-life beautiful consumer-facing products. The candidate will be working in a cross-functional setting and will play a foundational role in positioning the brand and attracting its target customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coming up with a branding strategy for the website, logo and our promotions on a digital platform
  • Work in a cross-functional environment with the founders, operations, marketing and tech teams on various projects
  • Design product and website layouts, assets, flows, sitemaps etc.
  • Design and iterate on multiple landing pages
  • Design the templates for social media marketing efforts
  • Design and develop user interface prototypes and pixel level specifications
  • Effectively communicate, conceptualize ideas, and design rationale both verbally and visually

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience from an agency or client-side with a consumer-facing digital product or service
  • Degree from a design institute (can be overlooked in case of exceptional candidates)
  • Must have engaged in branding, product designing and promotions related design efforts
  • Must have created landing pages working in a cross-functional environment with marketing and tech
  • Experience in designing digital products/services for both mobile apps and websites
  • Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

  • Basic HTML skills
  • Video Editing
  • Work experience in a start-up setting
  • Experience designing healthcare products for consumers
