Job Description- Excellent verbal and visual (presentation) communication skills. Has prior experience working across functions and with Sr. leaders
- Good excel knowledge required
- Experience in collaborating via Microsoft teams preferred.
- Person should have good amount of experience in a digital learning environment with experience in data consolidation, analysis, presentation and targeted reporting of both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prior experience and demonstrated effectiveness in online training project management
- Marketing and comms of learning events and activities (e.g. prep of standardised flyer templates, drafting of online posts)
- Setting up online sessions, leveraging on necessary session features
- Providing logistical support to facilitate programs being delivered online (live/or recorded).
- Follow-up on post-event / programme administration e.g. download of attendance, utility, feedback reports etc.
- Keeps updated on and maintains a good grasp of learning technology and administration platforms e.g. LMS, survey
- Partner L&D Managers in iQuest platform management and optimisation
- Tracking and monitoring of iQuest take-up and utilization
- Curate learning modules and pathways from iQuest for key learning streams.
- Maintenance of system hygiene
- Help identify key learning needs based on choices made and requirements outlined by different BU/Countries.
- Learning administration and logistics for key L&D initiatives (including iQuest Insights, global leadership suite)
- Event and programme planning, implementation and producing
- Administer surveys for programs delivered, process and analyse output to highlight qualitative details.
- Monitors, administer activities and report out metrics once articles, trainings, activities are pushed thru the learning app.
- Impact reporting using easy-to-understand metrics, aligned with business expectations and outcomes.
- Should liase with key stakeholders to ensure that new content / vendors integrate with the Olam eco-system.
- Maintain database of participants in SAP, and L&D reporting back-end database.
- Participate in global L&D meets and contribute to ideas.
