At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Key Deliverables

  • Responsible for Budgeting, Planning and reporting of Central IT & Digital cost for Olam Group
  • Put in place strong process for monitoring Global IT Budgets, actuals and forecast
  • Monitor Global IT and Digital Project accounting process and establish system for granular and accurate information flow
  • Ensure to have a robust cost chargeback (cost recovery from group companies) mechanism and transparency
  • Providing cost estimates to management time to time
  • Engaging with multiple project managers to ensure robust process for cost reporting and controls
  • Drive new processes and collaborate with multiple stakeholders for implementation
  • Work on various improvement projects along with accounting and cross functional teams
  • Work to provide opportunities to team for development

Role and Qualification

  • Role: Planning and Reporting Manager (IT & Digital)
  • Qualification: Qualified CA/CWA with about 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in IT/ITES core finance function is preferable
  • Should have exposure to IT systems like SAP etc and should be very good in Excel and PPT
  • Very good communication skills to interact with senior and demanding management of the Olam Group
  • Position will report to Finance Head of OISL and will be managing a team of 2-3 resources
