We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk. This is a full-time position located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer service orientation
Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
