What you will do

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication for the co-founder, including calendar invites and emails
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
  • Facilitate the co-founder s interactions with folks within and outside the organisation
  • Provide support for meetings and events, including taking minutes, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics
  • Assist as needed on projects the co-founder owns or is driving across the organisation
  • Engage with Obvious C-suite level leadership as your First Team and lend your strengths to meet growth objectives

What you will need

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in an executive assistant, administrative support or team lead capacity
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Willingness to adapt to direction changes and shifting goalposts
