Job Summary Responsible for Collection Targets, Managing team and escalations, communicating with the corporate office and to be on field to achieve collection targets through collection team of seasoned collection professionals and Collection Agencies To follow up with the Collection Agencies of the company and ensure that outstanding are within specified limits Coordinate with various departments within the company and customer organisation to resolve issues and ensure collections Perform management audits at each step of collection process to assure maximum results on each account Provide continued collector training, including collection tactics to the Tele collection and field collection teamsMinimum Requirements
