Job Summary We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of how to effectively connect with target audiences.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and message.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
  • Proven track record of success in creating and executing effective social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion tactics.
