Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Servicing Head to lead our client services team and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of managing and motivating a team.Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of client service professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective handling of customer requests and their delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results for clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use data to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
  • Develop, manage, and allocate resources to clients as needed to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the client's domain, and continuously test and implement new tactics.
  • Maintain and nurture healthy relationships with all the clientele.
  • Take daily standups with the Client Services team and keep the management updated about it.
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve common goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years of experience managing a team for the Manager position.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of team and task management tools and the ability to use data to drive improvements.
