Job Summary
- Support customers via inbound calls or tickets to resolve routine or novel problems with products or services.
- Utilize available resources to ensure first contact resolution with accuracy and efficiency.
- Properly document the customer interaction and confirm the customer s understanding, providing additional education as needed.
- Perform system maintenance, monitoring, security hardening and performance reviews.
- Communicate effectively with individuals and teams within the company to ensure a high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conceptualize and experiment with alternative approaches to support business requirements
- Conducting reviews of customer infrastructure (servers, web servers, database servers, caching servers, load balancers, etc.)
- Translating business requirements into infrastructure design
- Deliver and contribute to system administration documentation
- Performing project-based tasks that must be completed on schedule
- Provide leadership to others in the area of expertise
Experience Required :
