React Native / React Front-end Lead / Module Job in Nu10

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level knowledge and guidance in React.js and front-end development best practices. Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex modules or features.
• Team Management: Lead a team of developers working on the assigned module or feature. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. Provide mentorship and support the professional growth of team members.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with QA engineers to define test plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables. Break down complex features into manageable tasks, estimate effort, and provide technical insights for project planning.
• Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team in problem-solving and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across other teams or stakeholders. Clearly articulate technical requirements, project progress, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and frontend development. Identify opportunities for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation to optimize development workflows.
• Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of architectural designs, APIs, and usage guidelines. Document technical decisions and contribute to the overall documentation of the codebase.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in React.js and front-end development, with a proven track record of leading the development of complex applications or modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Experience with architectural design and implementation of scalable and maintainable React applications.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Additional experience with backend technologies, such as Node.js or server-side frameworks, is a plus.
