Description
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Work in architecture team to develop new tools and to create proof of concept using latest and greatest technologies in the domain.
- Able to mentor junior team members
- Able to handle escalations alone both during business hours and during off hours
- Research and solve issues on critical production applications
- Able to handle complex application requests without assistance
- Collaborate with team members to identify the requirements to connect the business layer with other application layers
- Considered an application owner by the business
- Collaborate with the architect to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and expectations
- Recruit, hire and develop the needed team members with advanced technical competence

- Minimum 5 years experience in Java web application development

- Experience with code repositories such as GIT/SVN
- Demonstrated ORM experience like Hibernate, JPA, ibatis/myBatis
- Working experience in designing database schema
- Minimum 2 years of experience in XML, JSON
- Expert knowledge operating in a UNIX environment
