Description

Responsibilities:

• Be a collaborative and resourceful FP&A team member, who continually adds value to the business and organization.
• Provide special purpose strategic analysis support as needed by the Management and other teams.
• Key player in the corporate budgeting and forecasting process by building sustainable models, modeling initiatives and impact on financial and operational metrics, driving key insights & recommendations.
• Work with global business groups to define standard KPI/metrics, Service Levels that supports decision making including processes like, budgeting, planning, forecasting, analytics with high quality.
• Partner with Sales, Business and Transformation teams to identify and implement process and system improvements, driving continuous improvement as well as proactive response to ever changing business and industry needs e.g. predictive modeling and analytical tools
• Generate ideas that will result in increasing revenue for the organizations and savings to the businesses and organization
• Driving BU and customer level profitability analysis and supporting the management on decisions related to customer retention and renewal
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis tied to key business needs.

• Strong analytic and financial modeling skills; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Background of in-depth financial analysis and management reporting; Demonstrated ability to analyze and draw insights from complex information in a straightforward manner.
• Ability to locate and collect data from appropriate sources, verify, analyze, and prepare meaningful summaries to drive insights getting to the so what, now what.
• Excellent critical thinking and time-management skills to complete duties accurately and in accordance with established deadlines; Ability to prioritize workload and handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to work effectively in changing situations; ability to change gears.
• Ability to work both independently and with diverse individuals/groups.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong ability to clearly and concisely communicate to internal teams & external stakeholders at varying levels.
• Displays strong aptitude and experience working with technology in a finance environment, specifically is a person who is proficient with accounting/financial systems, ERP, analytical tools, BI tools, MS Office applications
• Advanced level proficiency in Excel is a MUST.
