We are currently seeking a Cloud Solution Delivery Lead Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mah r shtra (IN-MH), India (IN). Allegro Support Team Member APAC Region (India Based) Our Energy & Utilities team offer multiple services to a portfolio of global commodities trading companies. A key service offering is providing an Application Managed Service (AMS) for the Allegro Horizon ETRM system. We are now growing in India to provide APAC regional Allegro AMS services for our clients. We have a role open for an experienced Allegro Horizon Technical specialist to be apart of support team for one of our biggest Allegro AMS clients. While this team will provide regional support services it will also be integrated into the Global AMS team. Creativity, collaboration and a willingness to learn are key traits of our people. Role Description: Be a hands-on as a Allegro support specialists Able to understand the criticality of user issues Responsible for support incident management and resolution Participate in global support issue resolution when necessary Participate in problem investigation Provide clear and professional communications to the client and the global NTT Data team Engage with functional and technical consultants to find solutions to support incidents Own and manage operational procedures Understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end. Power, Gas and / or Oil knowledge is preferred. Able to work with a geographical dispersed team and business stakeholders. Requirements: An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills. A proven team leader Technical configuration experience of Allegro Familiarity with Allegro Class events (C# / .NET). Ability to communicate technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others. Experience in both physical and financial trading environments (Gas and Power) preferred. Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally have experience in consulting, but not essential Ability to work independently and on your own initiative. Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
