The position
As a Recruitment Partner or Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for a strategic approach and as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) independently drive TA activities for the assigned business units. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Global P&O (People & Organisation), hiring managers, Business Partners, and external agencies to drive the TA initiatives. You will be expected to showcase your team player skill set and work along with sourcer and admin partners in matrix management set-up to hire the right talent as per the Global TA process.

Qualifications
You hold a bachelor s or master s degree with 8 years of solid experience in talent acquisition. You have a strategic mind-set and an ability to quickly understand different business models and industry dynamics. You can put strategy into action by breaking the bigger picture down into specific TA related decisions.
