Job Summary In Research and Development (R&D) Trial & Analysis Solutions, a part of Global IT GBS, a portfolio of GxP, Financial & business critical applications is being managed and supported. These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. R&D Trial & Analysis Solutions works closely with line of Business, System managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organisation in Denmark and India.
As a Business Analyst, you will Provide technical expertise in delivering/supporting solution for day to day operations. Understand the business requirement from line of business and provide the effective solution, Helping the team to investigate day-to-day incidents and identify root cause, drive and participate in activities related to implementation of system enhancements.
  • 7+ years of experience with IT
  • 4+ years of relevant technology experiences
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Good Understanding of ITIL Operations (Incident/Problem and Changes)
  • Understanding of DevOps model. Good to have knowledge about Azure DevOps
  • Working experience inf Agile teams
  • Experience in working with Databases (SQL)
  • Experience in working with integrations tools (such as REST API, Postman)
  • Hands-On experience in trouble shooting issues
  • Creates best practices and shares them actively for adoption in other locations, making it easier to achieve corporate objectives
Experience Required :

Minimum 7 Years
