Job Summary
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Act as escalation point of contact and expert for SAP HCM for Americas. Handling expert SAP HCM transactions and regular system updates. Resolve team queries as expert point of contact trouble shoot complex issues.
Ensure own system knowledge (both technical and business/process use)is at an expert level.
Continuously identify areas of process improvement and future investment to drive efficiency and improved employee experience (e.g. more relevant self-service content, streamlined processes, etc.); partner with time zone and global teams to implement changes and enhancements as appropriate.
Recommend and manage implementation of system changes. Liaise with global teams for system related solutions and co-ordinates change requests/Service Orders - process, functional and reporting - across divisions (e.g. escalations, communication on new development).
Coordinate systems testings. Inform users of breakdowns, failures, changes, status of HR Systems. Troubleshoot on demand High Priority pay impact issues so they flowto the Payroll system.
Manage HR System knowledge for specific HR Services applications(Like Service Now, e-file, FirstPort, etc.) acting as T2 Support.
Provide complex business and payroll reports for Customers. Update and respond cases on service tool to ensure service SLAs andquality measures are accurate.
Establishing and maintaining a customer oriented culture within the HR Services Team that continuously strives to resolve customer
* Exp in end user support
* Exposure to P&O Applications / tools preferably SAP HCM and Cornerstone.
* Should have supported processes in US
* Spanish Language (Preferable)
* Excellent communication skills
* Project Experience - Execution Knowledge

Job Description
This position will support Tier 2 P/O Services IT requirements and upgrades that are key to provide the best customer support. Track service requests and troubleshoots analyze error messages and questions.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Minimum requirements
* Any Post Graduate with 5-6 years with HR Systems and operation experience* Exp in end user support
* Exposure to P&O Applications / tools preferably SAP HCM and Cornerstone.
* Should have supported processes in US
* Spanish Language (Preferable)
* Excellent communication skills
* Project Experience - Execution Knowledge
