Job Summary

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • To support the business within a country with complex analysis, reporting, forecasts etc. (typically very large to large revenue) and may coordinate a team of specialists. To act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.
  • Act as business partner for BPA team and provide services to support and strengthen key BPA processes.
  • Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks. -Manage and provide financial analysis and decision making support for a investment/project in a domainProvide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking
  • Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet the changing demands of the business. .
  • May supervise the performance and development of a small team of BPA specialists. Financial Reporting & Analysis Team Leadership

Minimum requirements

  • University degree in Finance / Economics, Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance from renowned business school.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance & business partnering.
  • Experience in operating financial reporting and forecasting systems.
  • Excellent analytical ability, detail orientation and ability to deep dive in processes and systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation expertise.
  • Professional dealing with SAP and Office applications.
  • Good organizational & communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.


Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance / Economics, Chartered Accountant
Experience Required :

Minimum 8 Years
