1) Hands on experience in magento development
2) Expertise to build complex web application using PHP/MySQL from scratch
3) Good experience in handling DATABASES and ability to integrate with external applications.
4) Should have sound knowledge of MVC and OOPS concepts
5) Be capable of performing analysis, designing, implementing, testimonialng and deploying changes in applications
6) Good Communication skill, client interaction
7) Have a good knowledge of Payment gateway s, web security.
