Position Description
NRI FinTech is hiring for the position of Senior Business Analyst in Kolkata. The candidate must be knowledgeable in capital market middle & back office products & solutions, have prior experience of working in investment banks or financial technology companies, managed a team to perform within deadlines and ensured quality deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
1. Business Analyst Activities
- Client communication for understanding requirement
- SME in capital market domain for both Sell & Buy Side entities
- Requirement analysis, business requirement documentation & presentation
- Liaising with development team to come up with design artefacts
- Quality Control, Supporting UAT & Training
2. Pre-Sales Activities
- Consolidate leads into project
- Understand high level requirement & conceptualizing product fitment and do product demonstrations
- High level requirements gathering & estimation
- Understand and responding to RFPs
- Support sales & marketing through value reports and other marketing collateral
Technical / Functional Competencies
- Good knowledge of capital market back-office products & solutions
- Experience in working with an investment bank or financial technology company as Business Analyst for related product development and enhancement
- Team leader, capable of managing a team of 4-6 members
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Open minded & flexible
- Good analytical & solutioning skills
Educational Qualification
- BE / BTech / MCA / CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent
