Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough project analysis and define the business needs.
Preparing SOW after a comprehensive requirements gathering and/or receiving or signing off on an SOW coming from clients.
Work alongside technical teams to review solutions for compliance with business processes, objectives, and IT standards.
Preparation of UML diagrams and/or prototypes as a part of SOW.
Interfacing between technical and client teams to resolve technical queries and document outcomes on an ongoing basis.
Work closely with the testing team in the creation of test plans and perform high-level testing as and when required.
Effectively communicate with clients teams.
Helps in taking sign-off on project closure documents.
