Job Summary
    PowerBi Justification Specific uses for PowerBI in GBS Project Services Automated creation of the GBS re-charge reports. Automated data feeds from Project Services to Finance. Finance Status reporting from SNOW in dynamic dashboards. Combining data from multiple sources i.e. SNOW/Workday/Smartsheet's/Finance Systems; knowledge of Integration between PowerBI and data sources (PowerAutomate). Dynamic reporting from SNOW on Resource usage based on allocation and project progression. Self Service options to tailor and create reports and dashboard; establish the business architecture/framework and portal for self-service. Target Reports for Power BI Customer feedback dashboard (exact data TBD) KPI Reporting Finance Re-charge: Automation of the monthly report Dynamic Resource utilisation forecast and actuals Resource capacity actuals and availability based on Workday & SNOW GBS PS billing forecast and actuals; option to develop a customer facing report to support planning activities Vendor billing forecast, actuals, reconciliation (source TBD) Demand Intake Status reporting for all stages of submissions (currently in Smartsheet s) Self Service reporting Capability based on slice and dice for one off or ongoing reports
