Job Summary Responsibilities

Job description

Recruit and manage a team of Relationship Manager Cum Dealer.
Training & developing the team for high level performance.
Take high ticket sales under direct supervision.
Driving the branch towards profitability.
Work as SPOC for branch.
Undertaking accountability for Equity Business specifically for the entire branch.

QUALIFICATION

- Minimum Graduate (Post Graduate would be preferred with specialization in Sales & Marketing)

- NISM -VIII qualified
