Job Summary Responsibilities:
Supply planning & Inventory management- Own 100% fill rate for the defined SKUs,
identify sources of supply, monitor & track inventory to ensure low wastage while
maintaining optimal supply.
Cost Savings Monitor and track price trends across markets to arrive at sourcing
decisions, strategically optimize supply with sources to improve margins, identify
opportunities to reduce costs across the supply side.
Vendor Management Identify, align and on-board vendors, price negotiation,
monthly/ weekly vendor reconciliations, credit cycle management, vendor payments,
vendor relationship management, track and monitor vendor scores/performance &
develop ways to improve stickiness with Ninjacart.
Stakeholder Management Coordinate across various internal stakeholders
effectively Quality, Category, Supply Chain & Finance with the ability to influence &

4 9years of experience in sourcing & vendor management across F&V in
Hyderabad/Telangana/Andhra Pradesh region
Academics from Tier 2 / 3-> Graduate or Postgraduate is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, analyzing & solutionizing skills
Self-motivated, agile & ability to adapt to the changing business environments
Should be fluent in Telugu, English. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
