Job Summary

Education Qualifications: Master s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering).

Key Responsibilities:

Core:

  • Core Role is to promote Digital Microscope in Biopharma/R & Institution/universities.
  • Effectively influence customers on available product line to the target customer.
  • Manage and prioritize technical engagements in the field to drive sales volume.
  • Support team members in customer engagement activities as appropriate.
  • Drive innovative sales technique to achieve sales targets including handling of presentation independently to customers.
  • Compile and analyze Voice of Customer to identify unmet customer needs and pain points.
  • Understand and communicate competitive landscape and potential for future products and services to higher management.
  • Maintain a current understanding of industry trends by attending scientific conferences, trade shows and reviewing literature, and communicate findings accordingly, ability to handle demo s /seminars independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM like SFDC will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across India as per requirement.
  • Tender Participation & follow up / Payment follow up.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with targeted key accounts.

Desired:

  • Experience in working with Confocal and or Widefield Microscopy required
  • Sales experience in selling products of a technical nature is desirable
  • Experience with MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) or Introductory programming experience a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software o Preference for biological application Software experience
  • Strong knowledge of microscopy and scientific instruments & Preference for high-performance imaging applications including confocal and super resolution.
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of purchase process & sales methodology in capital equipment sales to public field i.e., Hospitals, Scientific Institutes, Educational Teaching (College, University), Regional laboratories, Forensic, Microtechnology Labs, Manufacturing & Processing Industries, NITs/IITs, Govt. Laboratories, etc.


Qualification :
Masters degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering).
Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
