Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Junior Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization s operations. The Junior Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of a Junior Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we will trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Help the organization s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
- Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.
Required Candidate profile:
- Successfully completed BE in Mechanical / Industrial/ Operations or MBA- Operations management with good grades.
- Experience in the field of healthcare industry (up to 1 year) but not mandatory.
- No year drop throughout Educational career.
- Software skills-MS Office-advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage .
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills .
- Excellent social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations etc.
- Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with professional appearance.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Candidates with valid driving license-LMV will be preferred.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Leadership ability.
