We are currently seeking a Tech Manager with enterprise grade product development background to join our dynamic and growing Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) team in Pune. Tech manager will lead the team that has overall responsibility of products component design and development and is expected to be very hands on and have an in-depth technical understanding of Enterprise grade product development. The IFM engineering team will be engaged with large enterprises of the world (our customers) and will work globally.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a team of up to 15-20 highly skilled Dev and QA engineers and manage all people aspects (such as hiring, reviews, mentoring, promotions, etc.)
• Own the development and delivery of the components assigned to the development team
• Maintain R&D standards and practices including architecture, design, coding and automated testing coverage
• Liaise with the scrum master and scrum team to promote best practices and continuous improvement
• Works hands on with team members on development activities, perform code reviews and ensure high quality by means of test automation & unit testing
• Be part of the R&D management team, involved in releases planning and product strategy
• Provide worldwide support to our customers

Qualification:

• BE/B. Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering
• Proven track record of managingsoftwareproduct engineering team, delivering on-time, on-budget with world-class quality
• 15+ years of experience in Software industry, with 5+ years of experience managingproduct engineering team working on an enterprise product
• Java/Scala development Experience
• Developing with complex Database environments (Oracle or MSSQL)
• Performance tuning experience with Oracle/MSSQL
• Experience working in Agile environment / Scrum
• Experience with continuous integration and Maven
• Proven experience in operating within a global environment
• Excellent English speaking and writing
