Job Summary
- Conducting research on the various IT & non IT sectors with respect to their Manpower needs, study of the potential sources of obtaining skilled professionals, preparing database & other related processes
- Creating & maintaining the above research & analysis report in a structured format and sharing the information with the team members as & when required
----Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream with good academic results
- Research oriented person.
- Good industry knowledge
- Sectorial knowledge in any of the verticals like IT, Pharma / Biotech, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking / Finance / Insurance, Sales would be preferred.
