Job Summary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role within a software product development company.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating technical documentation, including API specifications, architecture diagrams, and wireframes.
- Ability to break down complex requirements and provide accurate development details.
- Proven track record of driving end-to-end software delivery and meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to think and act strategically, with strong cross-functional management capabilities.
- Ability to conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Strong data analytics capabilities and ability to understand a product portfolio P&L.
- Experienced with customer meetings and presentations to large groups.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, with virtual and multi-locational teams, and cross-cultural environments.
- Ability to learn, articulate, and support complex products and technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills to all levels of audience.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, etc).
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Swagger, Postman, Confluence, Figma, Miro etc.
