Job Summary
  • Must be proficient with Windows Server 2012/2016, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Office 2013/2016, Office 365, Okta, Box, Azure, AWS configuration, VPN client software.
  • Experience in Cisco network devices ( Switch Configurations, troubleshooting ).
  • Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills with attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong follow-up with users
  • Must have minimum 2-4 years of IT systems administration support experience.
  • B.S. in computer science or equivalent experience
