Key Responsibilities
- End to End Technical Recruitment
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Explain roles and responsibilities to potential candidates
- Perform reference checks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Good understanding of IT domain
- Minimum 3+ Years' experience required in IT Recruitment
- Experience of working on job portals -Naukri / Indeed
- Experience withApplicant Tracking System is a big plus
- Experience in sourcing from social media platforms, LinkedIn
- Exposure to Complete Recruitment life cycle Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resume, Initial screening Interview and follow-up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Suite
Qualification : B.Tech / BCA/ MCA/ MBA
