Experience: 10+ Years
Job Location: Noida Delhi NCR/ Mumbai
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Health Care Management or MCA. Advanced degree (MA, MBA, etc.) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with management to define product goals, objectives, roadmap, target initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project objectives, scope, technical and operations needs and involves all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis including sitemap, and wireframe. Create and maintain business process documentation.
• Analyze operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve and optimize business operations utilizing software solutions, as applicable. Meet with business stakeholders to provide solutions based on your analysis.
• Prepares project assessment, analysis, reports and makes recommendations.
• Leads and manage all phases for a respective initiative including and not limited to: planning, design, build, testing, training, implementation, analysis and closure.
• Develops, maintains or facilitates comprehensive project documentation as appropriate for respective initiative.
• Communicates with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities and system changes to ensure feasibility.
• Monitor project plan performance and evaluates effectiveness of project plans.
• Prepares analysis utilizing databases and prepares flow charts, presentations, and reports, as required by project specifications.
• Collaborate with key business departments for the purpose of identifying and delivering robust reporting and analytics capabilities to drive improved business performance

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• 6+ years experience in project management or related role.
• Bachelor s degree in Health Care Management or Business Administration. Advanced degree (MA, MBA, etc.) preferred.
• Strong IT skills and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile and other structured methodologies (i. e., Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, RUP, or PMI).
