Key Responsibilities

• Should have hands-on experience NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, and ExpressJS.
• Identify and scope projects with client involvement and build client relationship and manage client expectations.
• Analyze requirements and provide estimates.
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes and establish solutions for the client and supply proposals project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members.
• Ensure development projects are delivered properly to meet the requirements of the client.
• Ensure that software enhancements and system fixes meet intended business needs according to defined requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications from which application programs will be developed and execute QA routines to ensure quality of software.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of software releases. Inform manager and user community of progress, issues, and concerns.
• Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with clients to define technical, business and process requirements.
• Good knowledge of design patterns.
• Deliver Stories / Sprint in time.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to contribute individually.
• Expertise in Complete Mean, NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS and ExpressJS.
• Good knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, unit testing.
• Expertise in building scalable & reliable systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Application Architecture, Database Schema, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams, etc.
• Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services.
• Familiar with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info security.
• Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working with USA/European clients is a plus.
