Job Summary Job Description:
We are looking for UI/UX designers cum developers with a passion for creating amazing user experiences with superior UI/UX skills and are able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and then transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements:
  • 2 - 3+ years of user-centric UI/UX experience
  • Very strong knowledge in HTML, XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
  • Demonstrable UI/UX design skills
  • Knowledge in Photoshop.
  • Knowledge on Web 2.0 design standards.
  • Experience in creating wire framing, storyboards, user flows & process flows
  • Ability to successfully lead projects
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience in PSD to HTML Conversion.
  • Strong portfolio (please include link or examples in job application)
  • Experience in responsive web designing and rich internet application.
  • Experience in developing interactive web applications
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively
