Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Job Role description-

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable generating lead from online enquiries, managing social sales (hunting / conversion) and farming, working with channel partners, directs prospecting generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails campaigns, other social channels
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.


  • Requirements


  • Proven inside sales experience preferred.
  • Track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in managing cold calls.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
  • Strong Analytical and problem Solving Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Experience & Education

  • Minimum 0-3 years experience with Similar background
  • Any graduates or PGDM / MBA preferred


  • - 2 years contract of association is mandatory for this profile.
