Job Summary
Job Title: Learning Analyst
Experience: 12 to 14 years
Education Qualification: Any Graduate. A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in
Journalism or Mass Communication / English Literature or Instructional Design is a must
Location: Pune
Job Profile & Required Skills:
- Meets all objectives defined for an ID role
- Manages SME and Client communication independently
- Provides support to IDs on team as and when required
- Creates scenarios and examples
- Shares status with internal and external stakeholders
- Works with ID to create detailed internal plan aligned with the overall project plan
- Conducts Requirements analysis
- Creates High-level Design
- Documents Course standards and checklists
- Conducts ID reviews on storyboards
- Conducts ID trainings as identified
Key competencies
- Should possess good English communication verbal and written
- Should be a good Team player
- Should have the capability to work on multiple tasks prioritizing them efficiently
