Team Leader / Delivery Manager - US Recruitment

Shift : Evening (5 pm to 2 am )

We are a growing company in business for 25+ years. We have a Software Export Division and a

Manpower Consultancy Division. Our US Company has Preferred Vendor relationship with clients like Boeing, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis etc.

We are adding Talent Acquisition Leads to our team in InfoPark, Cochin, to help the company's goal to double in size every 2 years!.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility will be to lead, coach, and guide a team of Junior Recruiters and be
  • responsible for the production of the team.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle
  • Partner with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker to source in a cost-effective manner
  • Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, job boards, social media, and like to attract
  • qualified candidates
  • Effectively support multiple requirements and manage against tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of overseas job markets and latest trends in effective hiringMaintain the Reports, MIS, data analytics
  • The role requires a high degree of self-motivation, drive, go-getter attitude, integrity, ability and
  • desire to be a proud ambassador of the Company
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies in alignment with client s branding and social media
  • policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened
  • before Inclusion into the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement candidate information initiatives, such as candidate newsletters,
  • marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or any Graduation
  • Ability to lead, coach and guide a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt to working on newer skills and requirements demand
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency
  • Availability to work before/after typical office hours as work may necessitate.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure

Candidate Expectation

  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Knowledge of IT / Clinical terminologies would be an added advantage
  • Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 pm 2:00 am), Monday - Friday
  • Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years
