Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand and build a strong online presence through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between clients and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Social Media Manager responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
  • Remain up to date with emerging social media trends and provide consultation to the team
  • Monitor the company s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with audience .
  • Initiate listening of the brand on social media, identify trends & help strategic directions to improve the brand image
  • Work towards enhancing and building the organization s reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
  • Have an understanding of search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Research online to find out all the negative keywords associated with a brand or individual and publish positive content that can then neutralize the effect of the former.
  • Create methods for finding and procuring online customer reviews
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company s social media strategy and offer suggestion and recommendation to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

Skill required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in micro-blogging and brand promotions
  • Strong grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail
  • Candidate should be a self motivated and out of box thinker
  • Strong research skills with excellent knowledge in Social Media Platforms
