Job Summary
  • Should have relevant technical experience in handling server, desktops, laptops
  • Should be responsible in vendor coordination and meeting the SLA as per vendorguidelines
  • Should be responsible for SLA achievement at customer location and should havehandled multiple customers and responsible for the Technical escalations, service call closures and achieving customer satisfaction index
  • Should also be responsible for earning revenue for the organization through upsell orcross sell of AMC, additional resources or spares
  • Should have taken or be a part of training the engineers in his team
  • Should have clear knowledge on carrying out performance evaluation for his teammembers and part of the interview panel and process
  • Should have relevant and current technical certifications with him
  • Should have handled a large team directly or indirectly of more than 30 members
  • Should be ready to travel locally within the region and carry out service review with thecustomers
  • Will be responsible for the growth of his reportees within the organization
  • Will have to liaison within the different teams of NewWave and ensure that theorganization meets the end customer objectives
  • Will be responsible to coordinate between the depts. Of NewWave and achieve
    excellence in service delivery to customers.
