Job Summary

We seek a professional experienced in selling internet services (SEO/SEM). You will be responsible for generating business, providing sales support, and lead communications.

NMG is looking for a strong and experienced IM Sales Professionals. He /she would be having experience in selling Internet services (SEO/SEM). Other soft skills needed are good communication and client handling management skills

Responsibilities:

  • 4 year + experience
  • Responsible for selling Internet services(SEO/SEM)
  • To do data mining and execution of e-mail campaigns.
  • Bidding of platforms like Elance, Guru, Odesk.
  • To coordinate with international clients.
  • Establishing contact with the potential prospects by cold calling, e-mailing and filling RFPs.
  • Cold calling leads/prospects in a Business-to-Business sales environment.
  • Generating leads, negotiating with prospect and closure of the deal.
  • Increasing the volume of business from the existing client(s) by pitching on a new set of services at different time.
  • To act as catalyst between client and development team.
  • Account handling of existing as well as new clients.
  • Working with a team of developers and managers to implement full project lifecycle development.
  • Managing prospects and client throughout the project development lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
  • Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
  • Create & maintain client database
