Job Title: Operations Head - Server Manufacturing

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Head to lead and optimize our server manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring that all production activities align with the company's goals and market demands. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in server manufacturing, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Manufacturing Leadership: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and address market demands.

• Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of server production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

• Quality Control Management: Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee that products meet the highest industry standards and compliance regulations.

• Cost Optimization: Drive cost optimization initiatives that reduce expenses without compromising the quality or efficiency of production processes.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely acquisition and delivery of materials and components necessary for production.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors, engineers, and technicians. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing department.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior operations management, specifically within the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies, particularly those related to server production.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, creating an environment that fosters collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities to drive improvements and meet operational goals.

• Quality Management & Lean Manufacturing: Solid understanding of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and lead a diverse team.
