Netstratum is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who is passionate about designing and creating software systems using React/Vue, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other front-end technologies. Responsibilities:
  • Excellence in creating and improving UI/UX.
  • Improving and maintaining coding standards and best practices.
  • Converting current applications into single-page applications that implement existing and future microservices.
  • Support requirements discussions led by business analysts; develop designs and levels of effort for systems implementing those requirements.
  • Documentation of the designs to sufficient detail for implementation by other team members.
  • Production support of ordering and service delivery applications, including some off-hours support on a rotating schedule.
  • Participate in design and technology decisions and mentor junior engineers.
  • Identifying issues within software systems and recommending solutions to others.
  • Implementing and participating within a code review process.
  • Working and managing multiple development initiatives concurrently.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and users for support and to work in support of requirements and design development.
Skills Required:
    • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
    • Experience building outstanding, easy to use user interfaces.
    • Building efficient platforms utilizing a modern JavaScript framework and technical stack (ES6, React/Vue, Webpack).
    • Experience with SPA development, build tools such as Webpack and Gulp.
    • In-depth experience with the backend of the stack (Bonus: .NET).
    • Experience building and deploying in a continuous delivery environment.
    • Experience creating and maintaining automated tests.
    • Experience leading and teaching a team of junior engineers.
    • Superb problem-solving skills with an emphasis on pragmatism, quality,performance, and scalability.
    • Passion for learning new skills and technologies.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
