Job Summary Relevant Experience:5-7 Years working in an MSP supporting Cloud (Public/Private), Server, Storage, Virtualization, O365 IS with hands-on experience with RMM and Monitoring tools. Technical Strength:Systems and Microsoft Cloud Administration and Troubleshooting Specialties:Active Directory, Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), Cloud (Azure), O365, Storage (SAN). The System Engineer is a technical position within Managed Services division, responsible for managing our customers' IT infrastructure, whether on-prem or in the Cloud. The Systems Engineer reports to the Sr Systems Operations Manager under Managed Services and may also serve as an escalation point to the helpdesk, NOC, and field technicians. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in a breadth of technologies including Microsoft Server OS, VMware ESXi/VCenter and Hyper-V Clusters, SAN Storage (one or more of the following platforms: NetApp, Nimble, Equallogic, VXRAIL, Compellent), Azure and ASR Administration and Management, Office365 and basic network troubleshooting skills as it relates to switching and routing. He or she should have extensive experience monitoring and maintaining highly available systems.
