The Impact you will create in the Job:
Create an introduction to monitoring and maintaining email deliverability best practices.
Involvement in data cleanup activities (unsubs, inactive, etc.).
Assistance in resolving blocks, blacklist listings, and addressing abuse complaints through collaboration with customers, ISPs, and antispam organizations.
Providing basic awareness of proactively identifying and resolving email delivery problems.
Support in executing and promoting email marketing program strategies.
Collaboration with internal and external teams as needed.
Communication of critical performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
What we look for?
Basic understanding of email technologies, including MTAs, SMTP, DNS, FBLs, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Exposure to IP/domain DNS setup in collaboration with the Operations team.
Familiarity with tracking and analyzing key performance metrics in email deliverability.
Basic knowledge of developing and using reports to evaluate the effectiveness of email strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
Interest in participating in deliverability and anti-spam industry groups and forums.
