Solution Architect / Pre-sales - Services Job in Netcon Technologies

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with the customer to gather business and technical requirements and create custom services and position Netcon s Services Portfolio.
• Clearly demonstrate the value, diversity and range of Netcon s Services to varied audiences.
• Lead all Services presentations for Netcon including Managed Services, Professional Services, Cyber Security Services and IT Consulting and Audit Services.
• Conduct Enablement sessions for the Sales team and work with them to identify potential services opportunities.
• Work with the Sales team to develop proposals, engage with clients and close sales opportunities.
• Create appropriate Scope of work (SOW), Exclusions, SLA s and contract documents from the template for the selected range of services and get a signoff from the customer for the same.
• Continuously work on identifying new trends and areas in the Services space and align Netcon offerings with the same.
• Manage multiple active opportunities / bids at a time.
• Prepare end-to-end technical, commercial solutions for customer requirements and RFP s.
• Model and simulate different options for customized customer requirements.
• Create E2E Managed Services solution for EUC, Cloud, Compute, Storage, Network, Security and other related domains.
• Work with multiple teams as required to create a unified service offering for the customer.
• Travel to customer locations as required for discussions.

Skills Required

• Should have excellent skills in Office Automation and Collaboration (MS Office & Mail).
• Has to be extremely conversant with Powerpoint, Project and Excel as well as creating / managing detailed SoW, contractual and other documents.
• Should be good in communication and co-ordination preferably multi-lingual.
• Should be sensitive to requirements and prioritize tasks ensure that internal SLA s to respond to other teams, clients are met.
• Should be able to discuss and present to C-Level, IT, Finance or other Heads on the merits of the Netcon proposal, ROI and advantages of the solution.

Education, Experience and Certification

• Any Science or Engg Graduate Degree is acceptable IT / Computer Science discipline is preferred.
• Candidate should have at least 10-12 + years of total experience.
• At least 3 5 years of experience, working in a similar role.
• Any prior service delivery experience before moving to Pre-Sales would be a plus.
• Should have an excellent understanding of SLA s, Deliverables, Scope of Work and Manpower estimation skills Current ITIL / ITSM certifications would be a plus.
• Excellent Presentation, Communication (Oral & Written).
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work with other stakeholders.
• Should have independently worked on Solution Design for Managed Services for at least 2 out of the last 4 years.
• ITIL / ITSM is highly preferable.
• PMP / Prince 2 certification would be a plus.
