Network Engineer (l3) Enterprise Lan, Mpls And Wireless Solutions Job in Netcon Technologies

Job Responsibilities

• Should be able to handle multiple enterprise projects from procurement planning to customer sign off independently with a team of resources.
• Should own a list of assigned customers and ensure all their supports needs are satisfied and future leads identified.
• Should be able to provide estimates and budget required for the assigned projects.
• Should be able to create detailed project plan and ensure on-time delivery and within allocated budget.
• Responsible for troubleshooting all critical issues and providing solutions on time.
• Should act as a mentor and provide technical guidance for the team.
• Responsible for co-ordinating with vendors and OEM s and resolving critical issues.
• Responsible for keeping all project related customer issues under control and minimize escalations and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Design, Implement and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wireless and security products and solutions.
• Implement campus network and wireless solutions.
• Should have experience in maintaining operations and uptime of 99.99% of Active-Active Datacentre & MPLS network with strict SLA parameters.
• Conduct network and wireless audits at customer site and produce audit reports.
• Ensure proper communications with the customer and manager and send periodic reports to keep all the stake holders informed about project progress.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all projects.
• Willing to travel to different job locations in a shorter notice and also stay till the project is completed.

Skills Required

• Should have strong knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI models.
• Should have experience in handling Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS.
• Strong knowledge on implementation of ACI, SDA & ISE.
• Should have implemented Fabric enabled wireless networks.
• Should have experience in VLAN, VXLAN, STP, Policy Based Routing, NAT, SVL, IP SLA, Wireless, IPSEC, SSL VPN and Security.
• Should have knowledge in Unified Thread Management, Multicast networks.
• Should be able to identify network issues related to WEB Application, DNS, DHCP, MAIL, Active Directory and Radius Server.

Education, Experience and Certification

• BE/B.Tech with min 8 Years relevant experience.
• CCIE/CCNP certification is a must.
• Any wireless certification (CWNA) would be preferred.
