Job Summary Description

As a Group project manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of all design projects and our relationships with clients. You would be expected to own the delivery practice and raise the bar of our design outcomes. You should enjoy being a champion for clients & users with a deep sense of empathy.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver all project deliverables across clients with the highest quality within given timelines
  • Set & follow the overall project process for all client relationships
  • Review & report progress with management across projects
  • Define tasks and manage scheduling designers for day to day utilization
  • Define & follow the process for project delivery, escalation & completion
  • Define & train the design team for effective communication & delivery
  • Work with sales team to deliver signed up clients effectively
Must have Skills
  • Impeccable and consistent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasker, people person by default
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds/skillset
  • Excellent leadership, decision making, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and driven
  • Should have managed at least 15+ people in an earlier role
