As an AWS Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business in a territory within the Global and Enterprise segment, leveraging NetApp s portfolio of Public and Private Cloud offerings. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the market pressures your customers are facing and mapping NetApp s technology to help solve some of their most complex business problems. You will also be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with AWS, partners, and our NetApp core sellers. Experience successfully selling and supporting the complete customer journey in a cloud and SaaS environment strongly desired,
Job Requirements
- Prospecting and meeting setting within a named account list -Identifying qualified accounts and executing outbound prospecting plays built to fill your pipeline -Generating your pipeline by leveraging NetApp s suite of products, AWS solutions and relationships, and partner relationships to deliver value to a broad set of buyers in a small number of high potential accounts -Guiding deals through their buying process effectively and efficiently -Unearthing, collecting, and maintaining the data needed for effective forecasting -Selling at your best onboarding customers and achieving sales quota -Becoming a master of our Advanced Value Selling techniques and leveraging them on a day to day basis -earning trust and legitimacy with prospects -Being creative in addressing their business challenges -Discovering pains within your customer base and connecting them to the values of our solution -Teamwork and Collaboration -Partnering with other NetApp functions to ensure customer advocacy
Education
- Fresh Graduate with Sales Master's degree or
- 1-3yearsclosing sales in a public cloud environment
- Work ethic that cannot be challenged and a bias for action
- Teamwork- experience winning as a team You have a vision of how to win and an unstoppable attitude to reach that vision. Even if the path to the win is not easy.
- You know how to bob and weave. Not every sales campaign goes to plan, you will be able to read deal situations and adjust accordingly without missing a beat.
- Data-driven - you can back of the napkin it with the best, then go home and build a spreadsheet that brings understanding to any person doubting your strategy and decisions
