- 4+ Years of experience in technical writing for a software development services company.
- Strong experience in writing sticky, shareable, and immersive content primarily for online consumption.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, digital technologies, & related concepts.
- Knowledge of social media & content marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
